New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski made an unexpected appearance in the middle of Sean Spicer’s daily press briefing on Wednesday.
While Spicer was in the middle of answering a reporter’s question, Gronkowski started to walk through the door to the podium.
“You need some help?” the NFL player asked.
“I think I got this, but thank you,” Spicer said, obviously confused. “I’ll see you in a minute.”

Gronkowski and the rest of the New England Patriots squad are visiting the White House today, as is customary for winners of the Super Bowl.
However, several Patriots players publicly announced their decision to boycott the White House visit in protest of President Trump’s policies. Linebacker Dont’a Hightower, running back LeGarrette Blount, tight end Martellus Bennett, defensive end Chris Long, and free safety Devin McCourty all told media that they would be rejecting their invitations to the White House.
